To ensuring product quality, we use advanced machinery and systematic quality control methods in our manufacturing processes. Our processing equipments include lathe, drilling machine, tapping machine, milling machine, CNC machining center, polishing machine, shot-blasting machine, and other machines for painting, powder coating and heat treatment.
Besides, each product is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
